Welcome to Mibdal. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About the platform

Mibdal is an online platform that lets users list their assets (such as cars and land) and find opportunities to swap them for assets of the same category. It is run by the Mibdal team.

2. Our role and the limits of our liability

  • Mibdal is a technical intermediary that only connects users. It is not a party to any swap agreement or contract between them.
  • The platform does not own the listed assets and does not guarantee their ownership, condition, legal status, or the accuracy of related information and documents.
  • Each user is solely responsible for verifying everything related to an asset before completing any swap, including:
    • For land: the validity of the deed, ownership, and freedom from restrictions, verified through official channels such as Najiz.
    • For cars: ownership, registration, traffic violations and technical condition, verified through official channels such as Absher or Tamm, with an inspection at an accredited center.
  • Official transfer of ownership happens only through the competent government authorities. The platform does not carry out any transfer of ownership.
  • AI price estimates are indicative only. They are not an official valuation or a guarantee of an asset's value.
  • Trust badges (such as Nafath verification or uploaded documents) mean only that a specific verification step was completed. They do not guarantee the asset or the transaction.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from swaps or communication between users.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Some services may require Nafath verification.

4. User obligations

You agree to:

  • Be the legal owner of the listed asset, or legally authorized to deal with it.
  • Keep listing information and photos accurate and up to date.
  • Not list stolen assets, mortgaged assets without disclosure, or assets prohibited by law.
  • Not commit fraud, mislead, or harass other users.
  • Not try to share contact details outside the platform's approved process before consent.
  • Comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including real estate advertising regulations.

5. Content

  • You remain responsible for the content you post.
  • You grant Mibdal the right to display and process your listings and photos (for example, compressing images or machine-translating descriptions) to operate the platform.
  • The platform may review, hide or remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Fees

The services are currently free. The platform may introduce fees in the future, and users will be notified before they apply.

7. Account suspension

The platform may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is suspected of fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
