  • To suggest suitable swaps using AI.
  • To protect users, prevent fraud and review listings.
  • To send notifications about your account and swaps.
  • To improve our services.

3. Artificial intelligence

We use AI to analyze listings and provide matches and estimates. We remove personal data (such as names, phone numbers and ID numbers) before sending any content to external AI providers.

4. Sharing your data

  • Your phone number is never shown to another user without your approval.
  • We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting and SMS), under contractual safeguards that protect your data.
  • We may disclose data to competent authorities when required by law.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage and security

We apply appropriate security measures, including encryption and access restrictions. We store and process data in line with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

We keep your data while your account is active, or as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
